Is There a Dress Code?

Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional. A sharp suit and tie (or a classy cocktail dress/gown) will have you looking just as fabulous. Basically, dress to impress, but no need to rent a top hat and cane—unless that’s your vibe.

Are Children Invited?

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an expectation for the little ones in our bridal party.

Will There be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you! If you plan on drinking, please arrange transportation from the venue if you are not staying at the identified hotel. We want all our loved ones to make it home safely!

How Do I RSVP?

Please feel free to RSVP at any point in time. We did include a paper QR code in the invite if you prefer to use the direct link.

When Should You RSVP by?

We are asking all guests to RSVP by Feb. 15th!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

If you cannot attend our wedding, we understand entirely, and you will be missed! Please indicate "will not attend" on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVPed "Attending" but find you will not be able to make it, please reach out to Corey or me, and we will make the change.

Will there be transportation to and from the Church?

Transportation will not be supplied as all venues are within one block of each other. We ask our guests to plan accordingly and be sure to set up transportation to and from the church if needed.

Transportation from airport?

Charleston Airport has a shuttle system that will take you to specific locations and hotels in Charleston. If you would like to use this option, please go to the shuttle location outside of the airport and speak to the driver. If you are staying at the Mills House Hotel, the airport shuttle system goes there.

Wedding Weekend Plans

Thursday Evening: Ghost Tour

We encourage you all to explore as much as possible. To help our guests with exploring we have set up a ghost tour for you to enjoy.

For those of you who have pre-signed up, please be in front of The Mills House by 8:45, as the tour will begin at 9:00 pm sharp. Be sure to bring a Roady with you!!!

For everyone else who has not secured your spot on a tour team but has decided you would like to join the masses, be sure to contact either the Bride or the Groom to secure your spot on a team. Spaces are limited.

Saturday: The BIG Day!!

Relax by the pool or explore what Charleston has to offer but be sure to get back in time to watch us tie the knot. The ceremony will start at 2 pm sharp, so all guests should be at the church by 1:45 pm. Whether you decide to take a stroll or get an Uber, be sure to take in the sights of the streets.

After the wedding ceremony, we invite our guests to make a pit stop at the Blind Tiger and purchase yourself a personalized Staniscia Wedding drink. The bridal party will be making a pit stop there to join our guests in a quick shot to celebrate.

Cocktail hour will start promptly at 5 pm at Hibernian Hall. We will be right behind you and can’t wait to see you all there.

Sunday: After the Wedding, Pool Day

As we have mentioned, be sure to check out Charleston. However, if you want to relax and hang out with the Bride and Groom, we will host a pool day at the Mills House Hotel for a final drink from 12-1:30 pm.
