All members of the bridal party are allotted a plus one. The remaining plus one invitations have been reserved for married and/or dating couples.

The wedding ceremony will begin at exactly 5:30pm. It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes prior to account for travel, parking and grounds navigation. Once the ceremony begins, guest will not be permitted to enter.

Yes. Parking is available at the property.

Only the wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the grounds of East Wind Long Island. Cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors within the Southampton Ballroom.

We reserved an open bar for all of our guests.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour including food stations with several types of cuisine to choose from followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree and dessert.

Yes! There are a limited amount of rooms reserved at East Wind Long Island for the Moore wedding. Additional hotel recommendations are available within the travel section of our website for when capacity exceeds the hotel block at East Wind Long Island.
