The Summit House

There is a free parking lot to use at the venue.

Directions to the venue: Drive North on the Trans Canada Highway till you pass the South Shawnigan Lake Road intersection. Pass the Holker Place /Whittaker Road intersection and drive almost exactly 500 meters further on the highway. The entrance to the property will be on your right. The venue turn off is before the road merges so stay in the right lane. You will see a sign that says: 841 Summit House. Note: If you type in "The Summit House" on Google Maps it will be the option off Malahat Drive.

The ceremony will take place in the tented area outside.

After the ceremony guests can grab a drink inside the tented area and mingle. Yard games will be provided for entertainment (e.g. Yahtzee, Giant Jenga, Corn hole etc).

Family photos will be taking place to the right side of the ceremony tent.

Everyone will make their way over to the Summit House and get seated at their assigned spot for the grand entrance of the new couple.

Welcome Speech and Housekeeping information will kick off the dinner buffet service.

Dinner will be catered through Romeo's.

Speeches will occur in the main Summit House and everyone can finish eating dinner.

Three types of cupcakes will be served from My-Chosen Cafe: Double chocolate, red velvet with cream cheese icing and coconut dream.

This is your time to sign the couples guest book, continue to play yard games, enter to win the count the kisses jar and mingle with other guests.

Catherine will toss her bouquet outside of the main Summit House and everyone will line up to create a sparkler tunnel for the couple to walk through.

Time to mingle in the main house as the evening winds down.

Music will be turned off at 10:00 pm. When leaving the party, you will need to turn right onto the highway for 5-6 km to turn around to head in the direction towards Langford/Victoria.
