When should I RSVP by? What if I do not RSVP in time?
Kindly RSVP by April 20th. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue the exact guest count by a certain date. We hope you understand!
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:15 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
Can I bring a guest/date?
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
Are children welcome?
We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, unless specified. Invitations/RSVP will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
How do we get there?
We will have a shuttle to and from the designated hotel and the venue and encourage you to utilize it! We want our guests to be able to have a good time without worrying about having a safe ride home. There will be several trips back and forth throughout the day (more details to come). However, if you are not staying at the hotel, you can drive, or you can schedule an Uber or Lyft. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot on the grounds of the venue. You may leave your vehicle overnight if necessary.
The Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center is about 15 minutes from the wedding venue.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be beer, wine, and spirits available at the bar, so drink up!
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we will be happy to share those with you after the wedding!
