Yes! Designated Handicap Parking spaces are allotted in front of the hotel entrance. A set of 6 stairs rises from the Hotel entrance to the lobby with handrails, but there is also elevator access to the lobby from the Hotel entrance for your convenience. All function spaces are accessible to wheelchairs by way of elevator or ramp. There are elevators to all guestroom floors.

At the gate, all occupants of your vehicle will be asked to show a valid photo identification, such as a current, valid driver’s license or passport. Please note that if you pass the hotel and enter the second gate, you are entering onto the main property of West Point, where there are additional security requirements.

You may pull up to the hotel and have your vehicle parked using valet, or you may self-park in the lot directly across from the hotel at the bottom of the hill. Handicap Parking spaces are allotted in the front of the hotel entrance.
