What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
15-30 minutes before the ceremony is recommended.
What is the dress code?
Formal. Suit and tie, slacks, dress shirts, mid length to long dresses. No khaki, no jeans, no polos, no white dresses.
Where will the ceremony take place?
The ceremony will be outside. After the ceremony we will have cocktail hour with appetizers and then we move the reception inside.
What will the weather be like?
October in Florida is still warmer than some states. Expect 75-80 degree weather.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there's plenty of parking for all with very minimum walking to the venue.
Can I bring my kids?
If they're not directly related to the bride and groom, no.
Will there be open bar?
Yes!
Will there be food?
Yes! Appetizers during cocktail hour and dinner served buffet style.
Will there be a hotel block provided?
No. You can book the stay of your choice. We've attached 4 recommendations under Travel that are near our venue.
Will there be transportation provided?
No.
Can I take pictures and video during the ceremony?
No. This will be an unplugged ceremony. All phones and electronics need to be on silent and put away. We want you to be present and let the professional photographers take care of the rest.
Can I bring pets?
No. The venue does not allow pets.
