Catherine was introduced to Mario at work. Mario received a promotion in his department and Catherine was hired as his replacement inheriting all his previous work materials-- and what would be a great conversation starter. Catherine and Mario began a friendship bonding over their shared interests in music, dancing, and soccer. After some time as friends, Mario asked Catherine on a date. :)Their first date was spent dining and dancing. Catherine says it is the best first date of her life.Catherine and Mario spent some time a part while Mario transitioned into a new job. The reconnected some months later after Catherine invited Mario on a hike.Catherine and Mario began a joyous relationship filled with travel and laughter. On their trip to Japan, Mario proposed to Catherine during the peak of Cherry Blossom season in Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden as it snowed petals around them.
