Where should I Stay?

Check out the "Travel" tab on our site for more information on hotels close to the venue! We strongly encourage all of our guests to reserve their hotels (or Airbnbs) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Our wedding is on the same weekend as the December graduations at the University of North Texas so all surrounding hotels will book up FAST!

How and When should I RSVP?

Kindly RSVP by Sunday, October 20, 2024 through our wedding website. To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after the deadline will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accomodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope will list "(your name) & Guest". For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family". When you go to RSVP, you will see the exact number of people you can RSVP for!

Are Kids Welcome?

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab' to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.

Is there a Dress Code?

Yes! We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men. Men: Dark colored jeans with your favorite cowboy boots with a dress shirt/sport coat are permitted, but please no light colored or ripped jeans. And don't forget those cowboy hats! Please keep in mind that this is a December wedding in Texas and the weather is unpredictable! It could be sunny, beautiful weather OR it could be cold and yucky. We strongly suggest our guests keep and eye on their weather apps just in case!

Will the ceremony and reception be Indoors or outdoors?

We are planning to have an outdoor Ceremony (unpredictable Texas weather permitting). We will have some blankets for our guests to stay warm if needed, but please to bring coats and even your own blankets if you'd like! The Reception will be indoors.

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend guests arrive between 4:00-4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they're still guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to join the reception so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available at the Venue?

Yes, there is complimentary guest partking in front of the venue. There will be signage to direct you to the correct location.

Can we take our own pictures + videos throughout the day?

Our ceremony will be UNPLUGGED. For this, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away for the duration of the ceremony and there be no videos or pictures taken! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the reception. This is a special day for us and we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day. That way you are able to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!
