We met in London one cold January evening. Cath was living and working in London and Tyler was there studying for his Masters. We hit it off from the first date and more followed in quick succession. Many an evening was spent strolling for miles exploring London and chatting for hours over a drink or two (or many!). Our feet and our heads may have been a little worse for it but our hearts had never been happier. We had found each other.

After a year of bliss in London and many countless miles tread, Tyler had to return to Canada. That might have been the end of our story if Cath had not made the bold decision to join him in the Great White North. More adventures followed in the Rockies. Then one day Tyler suggested that we climb a mountain. Up and up we climbed, over roots and boulders, at times it seemed like we might never make it, but finally, after a bit of coaxing (a lot!!!), we made it to the summit. There, exhausted from the hike, Tyler collapsed to one knee and taking Cath's hand asked "Will you marry me?"
