This is the story of how my mom met my dad... Well, let's pretend because I should have always been in the picture. The rumor is they met on a cabin trip on January 1, 2021 that neither one of them wanted to go to... but fast forward a few months through their awkward Facebook DMs and lack of regard for, I don't know, cell phones? Mom and Dad, come on!

Dad asked Mom to be his girlfriend at an Atlanta Braves game on the 4th of July! Mom and Dad reunited at a party at the beginning of May. Lord knows where those probably blurry and terrible pictures ended up.

Mom moved back to Huntsville after graduating with her Master's. I begged her to let me keep him, and I guess she took my opinion as law. AS ONE SHOULD.

Mom and I got lonely a lot without my Dad with us, but we made sure to go visit him or he us whenever we could. These losers were long-distance for two years. I could barely stand waiting.

Mom and Dad went to Nashville to see Mom's favorite band-- The Killers! It was Dad's first concert ever. He said he really enjoyed it... and he enjoyed the fact Mom was so hoarse afterwards so she couldn't sing to the car radio on the way home.

Mom and Dad do spruce up occasionally, but let's be honest. It's maybe two days out of the year.

We love to go have fun outside! Dad's favorite outside activity with me is baseball... I wish it were tennis balls, but hey, a ball is a ball.

Fun fact about this time: Mom began to think something was up with Dad. He was being really sneaky. I couldn't tell her because, you know, bro code.

Mom got really sick in between her suspicions rising and this time. Dad surprised her on the way home from Nana's and Grampus's house. I was the sole witness and can honestly say, she was vibrating me off of her lap on the way home. Woman, calm down!

Let's celebrate Mom and Dad!!! (But mostly the fact I get a human toy thanks to Mom.) We are so excited to see everyone and be with you all! Time to PARTAYYY!
