Our story features both our favorite romance novel trope- friends to lovers! We met through the Wesley Foundation at Mississippi State and quickly became close friends through many campus walks, baking adventures, and late night conversations. Fast forward a few months later, we both finally admitted that we wanted to be much more than friends- and the rest is history! Sadly, we started dating right as Jonathan was moving to North Carolina for graduate school, so we have been navigating the adventure that is long distance. Over the past few years, we have enjoyed many weekends meeting in the mountains, trips back and forth from NC to MS, and everything in between. We are so excited for long distance to finally come to a close with the beginning of our marriage!
