Jake and I met over a college summer break in Charlotte, NC, which is home to both of us. We quickly realized how much we had in common - both attending the same high school, knowing similar circles of people, and our mutual love for Selwyn Pub!

After meeting for the first time, we instantly clicked. We recognized that we each had incredible family values, very similar personalities, and our chemistry was undeniable. Jake and I have grown so much together from life challenges, to job updates, and even raising our puppy, Spud. We both faced our most difficult challenge yet when Caties dad, Charlie Michaels, passed away last year, but it taught us that we will always get through any challenge as long as we are by each others side.

We both share a laughter and overall joy for life, which we look forward to sharing for the rest of our lives. We cant wait to celebrate this special and exciting time with you!
