The George doesn't have parking, so we recommend parking here, which is approximately a 5 minute walk to The George. Parking is £2.50 for 24 hours, and if you're staying longer than that you can buy multiple tickets at the same time and leave them all on display. If you're staying in the town it may be easier to drop your luggage off before parking.
Rye station is a short 5 minute walk from our reception venue.
Rye trains don't travel directly into London, but can be reached via Ashford International in a little over an hour. Alternatively it also connected with Hastings and Eastbourne, which are longer journey times but cheaper than the high-speed Ashford line.
The George is where we'll be hosting our wedding reception, it's a gorgeous boutique hotel that's ranked in the top 100 places to stay in Britain by The Times.
We've secured an exclusive 20% discount off pre-booked rooms, which will be applied to your whole stay if you decide to make a long weekend of it.
