We recommend flying into Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). It is by far the closest to Baltimore and there is a light rail that will take you to within about a 10 minute walk of The Royal Sonesta.

You can also fly into either Dulles International Airport or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in DC if you are planning to check out Washington before or after the wedding. DC is about an hour drive away or you can take the MARC or Amtrak trains between the two cities.
