What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 3:45pm. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm, and the road will be closed at that time allowing no other traffic in providing us a private and quiet ceremony.
Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
It will be outdoor weather permitting. If there is rain/storm, we will move into the barn indoors which is also on site and where the reception will be.
Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes! Both are conveniently located at the same address.
Is there a dress code?
No, wear whatever you want/are comfortable in. We just want you to celebrate our day with us.
What is for dinner?
Kurtz Catering will be serving dinner. We will have spaghetti noodles, meatball marinara, chicken alfredo, garlic butter bread sticks, parmesan cheese, tossed salad or Caesar salad, fruit bowl (watermelon, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew), and coffee and punch.
Will there be a bar?
Yes! We will have a limited amount of free beer and wine along with a cash bar once that runs out.
Are you registered anywhere?
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but should you wish to give a gift as well, a cash/check gift to put towards our honeymoon and building of our home would be greatly appreciated. There is also a spot on this website for a card payment. If you wish to bring a physical gift, we have a registery through Amazon.
Where should I stay?
We will not be doing hotel blocks, but there are plenty of hotel options in Duluth, MN and surrounding areas. A few if the closest hotels will be the Country Inn and Suites (4257 Haines Rd, Duluth, MN 55811), Holiday Inn (4725 Market St, Duluth, MN 55811), and the LaQuinta (1805 Maple Grove Rd, Duluth, MN 55811). You also are welcome to stay in a camper/tent/ice castle at the venue, but there are no electric or water hook ups. If you plan to do this, please let Ethan or Caylee know ahead of time.
When should we RSVP by?
Please RSVP ASAP when you know if you are able to attend, however, the deadline for RSVPs will be a month beforehand on 07/09/2025.
Is parking available?
Yes, Beaver River Farm has ample parking available. Signs will be placed indicating where to park.

Are pictures/videos allowed during the ceremony and reception?
The bride and groom are doing an unplugged ceremony and ask that all cameras and phones be put away and silenced for guests to be present in the moment. Guests are allowed to take as many pictures/videos of the reception. Please share any pictures/videos you capture with the bride and groom!
Seating
Both ceremony and reception seating will be open to all guests with the exception of reserved seating for our closest family members.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your envelope will list “(your name) & guest”. For families it will list “(your name) & family” or “The (your last name) family”. When you go to RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. If you wish to bring someone additional, please reach to Caylee or Ethan to see if we can accommodate this.
Can we leave our cars overnight?
Yes, absolutely. Cars are ok to be left overnight. Please plan a sober ride if you plan to drink. Uber and taxis do come to the venue.
Will there be transportation?
There will not be any transportation, and guests will need to plan accordingly. As stated above, please plan a sober ride if you plan to drink. Cars are okay to be left overnight, and Uber and taxis do come to the venue.
What if I have a food allergy?
