We will be having a plated meal. 1. Chicken Saltimbocca (Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and sage cream sauce) served with Au Gratin potatoes and green bean almandine Or 2. Smoked Brisket (8 oz of white oak smoke brisket, served with bourbon bacon BBQ sauce on the side) served with Rosemary Red Potatoes and Green beans and carrots Kids meal options are chicken strips, mini corn dogs, or cheese burger. All served with fries!
