Ceci and Aaron's journey began on opening deer hunting weekend 2019 as a blind date set up by her reluctant brother because he's a man of his word... (ask him, he loves to tell the story:). Aaron was closer to her hometown at deer camp and made the 30 minute trip to Eau Claire for drinks at the local bowling alley. It was a fun evening full of good conversation, people watching, and french fries.

Over the next several months Ceci and Aaron would text back and forth, talk on the phone over Aaron's lunch break, and visit each other on the weekends. This was an important year in their relationship because it was during Covid and time was precious. As their love grew they decided in February of 2021 to move in together.

Since then, they have enjoyed spending their time together with family, going to the farmers market, traveling North America, going to their favorite local brewery, visiting friends, and throwing some of the best birthday parties in the back yard.

In June 2023, Aaron asked Ceci to spend the rest of their lives together under the lights of the walking bridge at the Confluence in Dowtown Eau Claire. He was nervous and she suspected something was going on.

Now they look forward to spending the evening of July 25th, 2025 with their closest and most beloved friends and family in Cadott WI.
