One day, Cecilia was at work on the general neurology service when a med student came up and said hello. Cecilia was a resident physician and paid this lowly med student no mind but this med student was PLOTTING right from the start because he saw Cecilia and was immediately enamored by her beauty, intelligence, and smile. Cecilia did notice this med student had a big bushy mustache though which she thought was silly and kind of cute. Btw this med student was Tyler in case that was not obvious. Then, one day Cecilia was injured on a bike ride by a small pebble projectile that hurt her eye so when she went to work the next day, she asked to leave early for an urgent optometrist appt. Tyler overhears & looms over her and goes "I was wondering if you knew your eye was red" and yes of course Cecilia knew this & was annoyed and said yes I was MAIMED on a bikeride and then Tyler said "Oh you bike? I bike too!" And Cecilia said wow its nice to meet fellow bikers and then Tyler said wanna go biking together sometime and Cecilia said okay that sounds fun I could use a biking buddy.

So Tyler says he'll plan a bikeride but he was a very perceptive and smart guy and knew Cecilia used to work at Taco Bell and had a refined palate for the cuisine so when they got together, he surprised her with a planned out bike route to the local Taco Bell! And Cecilia was very impressed & then they biked together and talked for miles and Tyler got Cecilia some artisnal Taco Bell and the rest was history!!!
