Attire is dressy casual. Men can wear slacks or chinos with button-down shirt. Blazer or jacket is optional. Women can wear blouses with tailored trousers or skirt or a casual dress.

Attire is formal. Men should wear a suit, button-down dress shirt, tie or bow tie, and dress shoes. Women should wear a midi or maxi length dress.

The wedding ceremony is outdoor. Cocktail hour is indoor and outdoor (patio). Dinner and reception is indoor.

Non-alcoholic beverages and music will be provided between 2:30-3:00pm prior to the ceremony. Please arrive anytime during that period to find parking and your seats. The ceremony starts at 3pm.

Yes! There is parking at the venue. However, it is limited. Therefore, we kindly ask for guests to carpool as able or use the shuttle bus provided for transport to and from the Courtyard Cincinnati Mason and the venue. See more info below regarding the shuttle.

There will be two shuttles provided for transportation to and from the venue. BOTH SHUTTLES leave at 2:00PM from Courtyard Cincinnati Mason Hotel to ARRIVE at the venue at 2:30PM. BOTH SHUTTLES leave at 9:45PM from the venue to RETURN to the Courtyard Cincinnati Mason Hotel at 10:15PM. (Reception ends at 9:30PM) Please note that these are the only times that the shuttles will run to and from the venue. If you need to arrive or leave at different times then you are welcome to park at the venue. Uber may also be an option, but availability is not reliable (see question below).

Yes, however, prices vary depending on time of day. Additionally, the town of Morrow (location of venue) is more rural and uber availability can be unpredictable. The average price of an UberX is $20-25 and UberXL is $30-40 or more.
