We met while working at Stant. My younger sister actually got paired with him at a work area. She’d mentioned she worked with a guy that got on her nerves. I don’t know what got me to talk to him at all besides that he was someone that annoyed my sister! She pointed him out to me once and after we’d clock out, I’d go up to him and ask him random questions about sports and family. What amazed me most was that he had a lot of siblings too! He randomly sent me a Friend request and i accepted it. We’d each sometimes start messaging the other. Talking about sports or how annoying work was. I was at a preseason Bengals vs Colts game when he messaged me asking me out. I was beyond ecstatic. I said yes and the next night we went to a September 2, 10:40pm showing of Ben Hur. I had no idea what it was about but I did tell him to pick. We watched the whole movie and neither of us talked. He walked me to my front door and said good night and left. We went out again the next week to Olive Garden. I guess I could say the rest is history since I don’t remember anything past that 2nd date. He was gone for a majority of October with the National Guard. We were able to text each other quite a bit so that’s when we really talked until one of us fell asleep. I loved that and turned out so did he! Our relationship really took off after he got home. In the time since, we’ve helped each other advance in many different ways. We were able to buy a home together in August of 2017🏡. We got a new family member in February 2018 and his name is Otus 🐶. We added another member at the very end of November 2018 and his name is Oliver 🐶We’ve been to Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Illinois, and Kentucky together. We’ve enjoyed ourselves when given the chance and we can’t wait to continue to do so in the many years to come!
