We love your little ones! Unless your child’s name(s) is specified on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate all of our friends’ and families’ children. If you find we are unable to, we encourage you use this as a night to relax, socialize, let your hair down and enjoy the celebration with us.

Unless specified on your invitation, we are unable to accommodate guests/plus ones for all due to restricted numbers and space. Please refer to your invitation and the “RSVP” tab under your name to see if we are able to accommodate a guest/plus one to accompany your presence.

We kindly request guests to join us in semi-formal/formal attire in the following colors: shades of beige, tan, browns, dark olive and earthy greens. No white dresses, jeans, denim, sneakers and athletic shoes, please.

Yes. We have a room block set up at the Hyatt House Pleasant Hill, and encourage you to take advantage of our group rate. Please see the "Travel" tab for more details.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time to park, settle in, get comfortable and seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please consider traffic in your commute as this is a late Friday afternoon/early evening.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we kindly ask that no phones or devices be utilized to take photos during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer to capture these moments, and are looking forward to sharing this present moment with you. Feel free to take as many photos as you like during the reception to follow!

The outdoor ceremony will be open seating (with the exception of any reserved seating for family members in front row(s)). For the reception, we have carefully arranged tables so our guests will be seated with those they know. There will be signage to reference for your table.

It is Summer in August and Brentwood, CA highs can be up to 100 degrees F. Please plan accordingly, drink plenty of water and bring a small fan if needed. We will gather for the outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor cocktail hour then reception. There will be air conditioning available indoors throughout the building.

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue.

Unfortunately if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline of June 30th, you will not be able to attend the event, and we will be unable to hold a space for you.

Your presence is all that we ask. But if you’re thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, we are saving for our first home, so a gift of cash towards this would be invaluable and truly make our day.
