It all started with ice cream! Yes, an ice cream date sealed the deal for us but we'll start at the beginning. We first met while recording a podcast episode! The topic was about how men find getting their haircut to be therapeutic and Celeste was a professional guest on the show. The episode discussed a host of different things which quickly got off topic when we started to find interest in the same things i.e. NY Rangers, our love for dogs, ice cream, and more! After the usual pleasantries of first date courtship, yes, our first date was in Ridgewood, NJ to get ice cream at Kilwins! Christian arrived along with his best companion Leo and a beautiful bouquet of flowers for Celeste. When I saw her walking toward me, my stomach was fluttering and my hands sweaty and shaking... but her giant, beautiful smile that always lights up the room, settled my nerves. We hugged tightly and I gave her the flowers... we both knew we felt something different and special about this first date! Christian believes it was Leo who sealed the deal as we all know Celeste's love for dogs. We sat in the park under the stars in Ridgewood and the rest is history!
