This is a semi-formal event! Please dress according to the weather. We want you to feel comfortable. Dresses and nice dress shorts are a good option because it gets hot in Aug. Please refrain from dark green dresses. The bridesmaids will be wearing that color for the wedding.

There will be a schedule set up on a board to guide you through the events for our big day!

It will be BBQ style and there will be soft drinks available with two drink specials picked by the bride and groom. No alcohol will be served.

Of course, but be sure to recognize that whoever is on your RSVP is who is allowed to attend! There will be a designated kid's area for your little ones to play when they get bored. There will also be GOATS!

There will be a designated parking lot down the road from the venue, and signs directing you on where you are able to park. There will also be a shuttle to escort your party to and from the main venue. DO NOT park on the main venue's lot. Those spots are designated for those helping with the event, vendors, and the wedding party. Thank you!

Please RSVP by July 17th. Exactly 1 month before our wedding. You will be able to RSVP through our website or by your paper invitation.

No, not during the ceremony. There will be signs stating that we are having an "unplugged ceremony". Be in the moment with us! Photos will be allowed later in the evening.

The ceremony starts at 4:30 sharp (gates WILL close at 4:30 and we are not letting anyone in during the ceremony ), appetizer hr is at 5:00, reception is at 6:00, and send off will be at 9:30.

Arrival is set for 4:00 pm. You should plan to be at the venue a min of 15 minutes early, but please allow your party enough time to park. A shuttle will escort you and your party to the venue starting at 3:45.
