The ceremony and reception are both at the Grand Hall at Nichols Heir. Put in Nichols Heir in your gps and it will take you to a driveway with a big sign that says "Nichols Heir". Go up the driveway and you will see signs that lead you to the Grand Hall.

The ceremony and reception will both be held inside! However, the cocktail hour will be held right outside the Grand Hall under a pavilion!

Formal Evening Attire is kindly requested. Men, are invited to wear a suit or tux! Ladies, we would love for you to wear a formal evening gown! We would love for you to where whatever color you feel best in!! However, the bridal party is wearing light blue so please refrain from wearing light blue!

You can RSVP on this website! We are doing all of our RSVP's through our wedding website! Click on the "RSVP" tab at the top! Please RSVP by May 30th!

While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of those in the wedding party!

Remember that our venue is in the Eastern Standard Time zone, an hour ahead of Central Standard Time. So those coming from CST zones give yourself an extra hour when traveling to the venue! We kindly ask that you please arrive to the ceremony by 5:15 p.m. EST to assure that everyone has time to park and find a seat! It may be that some might have to park in the overflow lot, which will have golf carts to shuttle you to the venue, but this is another reason why we ask you arrive to the venue at 5:15 EST to allow time for this to happen!!

There is plenty of parking right by our venue but if we do happen to need more there is an overflow lot available! If you happen to have to park in the overflow lot there will be a golf cart that will shuttle you to the venue!

Sevierville and Pigeon Forge both offer plenty of great places to stay whether that be in a hotel, cabin, or airbnb! In the "Travel" section of our website we have linked a couple of options that we think would be great choices! About anything will be 15min to 20min from the venue!
