First date at Outta the Blue, a coffee house in Leawood, KS. Celina walked from her little apartment down the road while Nicholas got a babysitter and made the half hour drive down. Coffee and walks have remained a staple in our lives. The date ended when a spider attacked (crawled) on Celina and Nicholas oh so bravely swatted it away.

Our first trip together! This picture was taken at Crystal Bridges in Bentonville, AR. We got rained out the first day but still had the best time.

The first time Celina met Carter! I came over for pizza and Mario Kart, Carter was very excited to show me something in his book. I love that he still gets this excited about books.

First zoo trip all together!

First time meeting Celina's family in St. Louis! They took us out on the boat.

We took a pottery class! The little bowls we made are now ring dishes by the sinks!

Our first music box concert! Over the summer, the KC Symphony puts together small ensembles and have free performances throughout the area. We go to as many as we can!

We drove to St. Louis after work to watch our favorite band, The Arcadian Wild, perform at The City Winery. We didn't get home until about 2am but it was 100% worth it.

First time at Carolyn's Pumpkin Patch all together! It was the warmest, sunniest day in October.

First date night at Green Lady Lounge!

First holiday season together, we went to The Overland Park Arboretum to see the lights!

First Christmas Eve together! Of course we had to get matching Christmas jammies!

First school concert all together!

First spring break St. Louis trip! This was Carter's first time at The City Museum and has been asking to go back ever since.

Date night at The Kauffman Center! We got tickets to Harry Potter in Concert. We watched all the Harry Potter movies leading up to this.

Trip to the St. Louis Botanical Gardens for Celina's birthday!

Branson trip! We took a catamaran tour of Table Rock Lake. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful sunset on the lake.

We're engaged! We got engaged in Eureka Springs, AR and got to spend the weekend celebrating each other and enjoying the beautiful fall colors.
