Chad and Rose met at Richard Montgomery High School in Mrs. GP's biology class. They were very good friends until he had to leave for college. One year later, they met again at Rose's post-prom located in a bowling alley. While catching up and enjoying the festivities, Chad told Rose about an old Wii game he had that she always wanted to play, and through it they reconnected over the course of that summer. On July 14, 2016, Chad asked Rose to see The Secret Life of Pets as their first date. After an enthusiastic "yes!" on her part, the rest is history.
