Many of you may know our story- but for those who don't, Eli and I are highschool sweethearts! 
We met in 2017 in Algebra I. My transcripts had been an issue when coming to our school, and this was a class I had to retake- with sophomores yuck! I was always annoyed and never payed anyone any attention- but apparently sophomore Eli payed attention to me! He would subtly try to talk to me and make up excuses like asking for gum or help with homework (he really did need that though), etc. I did not think anything of it until much later and thought I might as well give the poor kid a shot. Once I got it in my mind to give him a shot we were pretty inseparable. We talked every day all day, looked forward to seeing each other at school, got in trouble together a few times and the rest is history. 
In all seriousness, Eli and I have grown up together. We have endured so many things as a young couple that have made us into who we are today. Things have not been perfect or easy by any means, but neither are we and we are so thankful for the love, grace and mercy of the Lord, because if it weren't for Him we would not be where we are today. We have seen so many versions of one another, and lived a lot of different lives in these last 6 years- but I think we can both agree this phase is by far our favorite! 
We are so thankful for all of the love and support that has been poured into us, and we could not show enough gratitude to our loved ones if we tried! We are however doing something really special to us to commemorate our journey! Our Algebra I teacher (the class we first met in)- Mr. Crawford will be officiating our wedding and we are so honored! Mr. Crawford had an impact on both of our lives not only as a teacher, but as a follower of Christ and just a wonderful human. Mr. Crawford has checked up on us many times throughout the years and we feel so blessed that he will be able to partake and commemorate our day!
Another special attribute of our day is that we will actually be getting married on our 7th dating anniversary! We couldn't have come up with a better day to celebrate with our friends and family and so excited for this memory to unfold!
