Parking at the United States Naval Academy:

Shuttle service will not be provided to the ceremony.

On-site parking will be available for guests. Specific parking location details will be shared closer to the event date. Please note that all guests must present a valid government-issued ID to enter the Academy gates.

Parking at Reception Venue:

On-site parking will be available for guests. The venue offers a spacious lot with ample room for multiple vehicles for those who prefer to drive rather than use the shuttle service.

A hotel-provided shuttle will transport guests to the reception and return them to the hotel once the event concludes.

Shuttle Tickets:

Shuttle tickets will be provided to guests who have reserved rooms within the room block upon check-in. These tickets are based on the number of people occupying the room. Shuttle tickets must be presented to board the bus and on the return trip. If guests book outside of the block under a different rate, code, or with points, they will not be considered part of the block.

Only guests who book within the block will receive tickets to board the shuttle.

Transportation Schedule:

The shuttle schedule for the wedding day will be finalized with the transportation company after the group cutoff date of June 30, 2026.
