What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive at the venue at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter. You may arrive to the venue as early as 4 p.m. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm.
Where do I park?
There is parking directly across the street from the venue as well as the "Save a Lot" parking lot. Prepare to arrive promptly, as you may have to do a little bit of walking to the venue. The gravel parking lot right at the front entrance will be off limits so that vendors can easily access the venue- so please do not park there!
Is there a dress code?
We would love for everyone to have fun getting dressed up and spiffy with us! Dress code is semi formal or formal attire! At the end of the day, we just want you to be comfortable though. Please just refrain from wearing white or shades of white -let the bride have her day! Think moody, elegant, classy, bold, romantic, satin, sequins, old money vibes! The event will be held indoors with a cocktail hour set up outside the venue! If you need help with inspiration or have other questions, please let us know! Wedding scheme colors are different shades of reds and pinks!
What if i dont RSVP in time?
We kindly ask that everyone RSVP by April 1st, 2025! If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVPs and won't be able to accommodate you, we hope that you understand. Please RSVP as soon as possible!!
Can i bring a date / plus one?
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!
Can i take pictures?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Do you have a wedding gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If it is your wish to bless us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon fund! If you prefer not to gift money, there are a few ideas listed. We look forward to celebrating our wedding day with you! You can access our wedding registry right here on our website! Will there be an open bar?
Yes, the drinks are on us (while supplies last) and the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate! Please drink responsibly and plan accordingly to have a way to get home safely.
Can we bring our children?
While we would love to see your kiddos, we decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult-only event (the only exceptions being the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family). We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!

What if i can't make it?
Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Regretfully Decline". If you have already RSVP'd that you are attending, but find out you can no longer make it, please notify us!
What time is the wedding?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow.
Do you have a wedding hashtag?
Yes, we do! Please use #happilyeveroster when posting any pictures on social media so we are able to see them too!
A note on guest photos...
We want to see ALL of the amazing pictures taken throughout the night! To help with this, we plan on having a specific QR code that you can scan on your phone, once you do this you will be able to take photos, and they will all show up in one place on an app! That way, we will be able to see all the photos our guest took in one organized, shared space! This will be exciting to look back at these photos while we await our professional ones! Make sure to participate in this! :) Look for the QR code!
Where are the ceremony & reception taking place?
The ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour will be held on-site at the venue "The Mule Barn". The ceremony and reception will be indoors at the venue, while the cocktail hour will be held outdoors directly in front of the venue (weather permitting).
How do i RSVP?
You can RSVP right here on our wedding website! Your invitation has the QR code provided you can scan, or the actual web address is provided if you have issues! Click the RSVP tab and type in your name to find your invitation! If you come across any issues, let us know please!
