We met three years ago through doing a creative photo shoot together. Chandler reached out to me to plan a time for this shoot and now says he had ulterior motives all along. Instead of taking photos, we ended up talking the majority of the time! We both left that photo shoot crushing big time on each other and hoping that wouldn't be the last time we saw each other.

Fast forward, we ended up dating for 8 months shortly after meeting and decided to break up. This is not the ending either of us wanted but we both felt like it was best. We had a good relationship this first time we dated but we lacked friendship with each other. We both felt like we needed to grow in our relationship with the Lord and move past our own insecurities and fears. We did not promise each other we would get back together one day, but we both hoped that could be the ending the Lord had for us.

After 14 months broken up and a whole lot of prayer, Chandler decided to reach out to Julia again to see if we could go on another date. This time around, we were able to create a friendship with each other and see the ways we had grown with the Lord to be fully confident.

Almost a year later, Chandler proposed to Julia. It was the most special day yet! We believe the Lord is the author of our story and he is in every detail. If we had the time, we would love to try to tell you every single way we have seen the Lord's faithfulness in our lives to lead us into this very season.

We are so thankful that all those years ago Chandler decided to pick up a camera.

We believe marriage is a gift from Jesus! We believe we are becoming one by this covenant to do kingdom work together and raise up more tiny disciples for Jesus. We pray our wedding day is a reflection of Jesus returning for his Bride, the church, and everyday after our marriage reflects this. May he receive all the honor, glory, and praise in this day!
