The year is 2012.

Tumblr is at its peak with over 450 million active users.

Chandler has been active on Tumblr for a couple of years at this point, creating her own comfy corner of the internet by sharing her photography and writing.

One day, this message came through from Zachary.

This began a whirlwind of a friendship 1,215 miles apart.

Late night Skype calls. Dropping the needles of their favorite records at the exact same time to be able to experience it as if they were in the same room. Learning about each other and their cities.

Fast forward to March 28th, 2013. A 19 year old Chandler hops on a plane from Orlando, Florida to Chicago, Illinois to meet Zachary in person.

For the next 2 and a half years, Zachary and Chandler would maintain a long distance relationship (thanks, technology!) while continuing to make memories around the country. Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival was the perfect half way point between FL and IL where they would meet up every year for 4 days of music and connection.

When Chandler moved to Illinois in 2015 for graduate school, everything fell into place.

The next 9 years were filled with love and loss, but Zachary and Chandler continued to grow closer through all the change.

This leads us up to June 2024. Back at Bonnaroo where it all began. Zachary popped the question on top of the ferris wheel at sunset, where they sat 11 years before imagining what the future would look like. Of course Chandler said yes. Now here they are planning the best day of their lives.
