<p>On April 16th, 2021, we met on Mack's 21st birthday at Hannah's bar in Knoxville, TN. The next day, we went on our first date at Cafe Four. That's when I realized how special Mack was - he asked me, "Where do you want to go? What is your favorite restaurant?" Plus, he was wearing his shirt inside out! I knew then that Mack was a keeper. A few weeks after we met, he drove me an hour away to get the COVID-19 vaccine, showing his kindness and love. That was just the beginning of our amazing journey. We made cherished memories with friends during senior year in college, attended each other's graduations, and supported each other's future aspirations. We also bid farewell to our university and friends (Go Vols!). After graduation, we decided to move to West Palm Beach, Florida. Mack pursued his career in material science at Aerojet Rocketdyne, while I pursued graduate school. After nearly two years in the sunshine state, Mack proposed to me on Sunset beach, our favorite spot. I was surprised and thrilled! Our closest friends and family celebrated with us afterward at one of our favorite Italian Restaurants and the Breakers for a toast. Our love story continues to thrive as we embrace this new chapter in our lives.</p>
