Our Wedding

It all started back in college. Chaney and Blake had crossed paths more than once, she spent time hanging around his fraternity, so they knew of each other, but never really took the time to talk. That all changed one night at a local spot called The Vault.That night, something just clicked. Blake and Chaney ended up talking the entire night, laughing, telling stories, and realizing they had far more in common than either of them expected. The next day, Blake asked Chaney out on a real date, and she said yes. Three days later their story began.From there, everything seemed to fall into place. Just a year after dating, Blake accepted a job in Fort Worth, and without hesitation, they packed up and started a new chapter together. They built a life together with their child (dog) Tex, and have recently added a new child (dog), lylah, to their family.Years later, after growing through every season together, from college memories to careers, to building their future, Blake asked the easiest question Chaney ever had to answer: “Will you marry me?”And now, surrounded by family and friends, they can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of their love story, forever.

Emma grace is Chaney’s childhood best friend—so close that their parents even planned their births together. She is a truly wonderful person with a steady presence, and unwavering loyalty. She is Chaney’s forever best friend—the one who has walked with her through every version of herself. They understand each other without trying, laugh through everything, and lean on one another no matter what she is her friend soulmate in every sense of the word. Their bond is a blessing and will last a lifetime.

Kyndal and Chaney met in a bathroom on the first day of orientation and have been inseparable ever since. They grew through the early years of adulthood side by side, naturally moving through life in the same direction. Kyndal and Chaney brought out in each other what had been missing before. Kyndal is compassionate, loving, and always wants the best for the people she cares about. Chaney cherishes knowing she will have Kyndal to lean on and grow with for a lifetime.

Raeven is also Chaney’s college best friend—fun, loving, and full of a spark that can brighten even the heaviest of days. Just hearing her voice can lift Chaney’s spirits and make the world feel lighter. She is a true ray of sunshine and a one-of-a-kind friend whom Chaney cherishes deeply, and no matter how far life takes them, Chaney knows Raeven will always have a place in her heart and her life.

Lyric and Chaney met in Fort Worth, and Lyric’s joyful, fun-loving spirit instantly became an uplifting presence in Chaney’s life. God knew they needed each other in the season they met, and their friendship became a true blessing. Together, Lyric and Chaney supported one another through their post-college pursuits and helped each other grow in their faith.

Kenzie is Chaney’s younger sister and brings the perfect mix of strength and classic younger-sibling energy. She has always worked hard in everything she does and carries a fierce determination in her heart. Kenzie has shown Chaney the beauty of being an older sister and the joy of giving guidance when it’s needed most. With her unstoppable attitude and drive, there is no doubt she will do amazing things in life.

Mckenzie Hartgrove

Macy is Chaney’s oldest sister, and their bond has grown stronger with time. Though they didn’t always see eye to eye growing up, moving in together a year ago brought them closer than ever. Macy has her head on straight and approaches everything she does with determination and focus. Her passion for life and drive to succeed make it clear she is destined to thrive.

Katelyn and Chaney met sophomore year of college and have shared countless laughs ever since. Katelyn has a lighthearted, funny spirit. She is the kind of friend who never forgets an important date and always makes sure Chaney feels supported, which is truly rare. With her big heart and ability to see the best in everyone, Katelyn is a friend for life.

Ty and Blake met freshman year in their dorm and later became pledge brothers in the same fraternity. Ty is an outgoing, free-spirited person who cares deeply for the people he loves. Throughout college, he and Blake built an unmatchable bond—one that still holds strong today—with Ty’s bold, encouraging personality pushing Blake to grow and always reminding him he was supported and cared for.

Morgan is one of Blake’s lifelong friends. From playing baseball as kids together to being roommates all 4 years in college. The majority of Blake’s college career memories were spent with Morgan, from dorm move in to being president and vice president in the fraternity together. Morgan has always been a positive influence on Blake, constantly being by his side in any endeavor that life threw their way. Although post college life has spread their distance pretty far, Blake always knows anytime he talks to Morgan it’s like picking right back up where they left off. 

Morgan Haught

Reid is Blake’s older brother, and lifelong role model. Growing up, Reid set the bar high consistently leading by example, offering brotherly advice, or being the person Blake could always count on. Reid has always been known by Blake for his strong work ethic, great sense of humor and loyalty to the people he loves most. Without growing up with Reid, Blake would not be half the man he is today. Reid has always been a source of support for Blake, and having him stand by his side on this day means more than words can say.

Reid Rodgers

Nolan and Blake have been lifelong friends, growing up together on the baseball field and becoming best friends in high school. Even when Nolan went to school more than four hours away, they stayed close, and that friendship only grew stronger. Since graduating college, they’ve been roommates and still are today. Nolan is the kind of person who doesn’t meet a stranger and is always the life of the party. Blake is incredibly grateful to have him by his side on this day and in life.

Nolan Mcgehee

Landen is one of Blake’s best friends from college. As pledge brothers in their fraternity, they formed an instant bond that has only grown stronger over the years. Throughout college, Landen taught Blake so much and has continued to be a steady, supportive presence in his life.
Landen is one of the most kind-hearted people you’ll ever meet. He loves people deeply, values every relationship, and constantly reminds those around him how much they matter. While Blake and Landen built an incredible friendship during their college years, Blake knows that no matter how far life may take them, they will always stay connected.
Landen stood by Blake through difficult seasons, offering unwavering support and encouragement. Blake is beyond grateful for the friendship they share and the countless memories they’ve created together. Having Landen stand beside him on his wedding day means more than words can express, and Blake is incredibly thankful for the bond and brotherhood they will always share.

Pat was Blake’s big brother in the fraternity, and the two formed an instant bond during Blake’s pledging days. Pat is known by Blake for his  loyalty to those around him, and his extremely likable personality. Although these two are rarely in each other’s presence today due to life leading them to separate places, Blake knows that at any moment he can pick up the phone and talk to Pat and it will be just how they left off.

Trevor and Blake met through their girlfriend and fiancée, who are best friends. What began as an introduction grew into a solid friendship. Over time, Trevor became someone Blake truly values and loves to hang out with. He’s always a great time and someone Blake is grateful to have around.
