Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity and budget, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Can I bring my kids?
We love your children and wish they could celebrate with us! However, due to limited capacity at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you do not arrive earlier than 1:00 p.m. However, the ceremony will promptly start at 1:30 p.m. inside the venue.
Can I take pictures?
We would love for you to take pictures throughout the reception and ask that you share them with us. However, please refrain from taking any pictures during the ceremony!
What if the venue does not show up in maps?
The venue does show up on Google Maps but not on Apple Maps. If you are using Apple Maps, use this address and it will take you to the right spot:
117 Ross Street, Gray, GA, 31032
Where can I park?
Butler Hall has a free parking lot right next to the venue that will be blocked off for our event.
Where should I stay?
Unless you are planning to stay in Atlanta, we recommend staying in Macon, GA due to limited hotel options in Gray. It is 15-25 minutes from the venue, depending on what side of town your hotel is located. We have listed a few hotel recommendations on the travel page of our website.
What is the attire?
The attire is semi formal! Plan on temperatures in the 80s but make sure to check the forecast before you come!
Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and the reception will take place indoors. However, the "coffee hour" will take place on an outdoor patio.
Will a meal be provided?
We will not be providing a full meal at our reception. Instead, we will have small foods and desserts for you to snack on throughout the afternoon. We encourage you to make it a fun date night, get dinner with friends, or go home and rest once the reception is over! See our Things to Do page for recommended restaurants nearby.
What should I do if I can't make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. Please RSVP “no" so we can plan accordingly.
