Both will be at Castlewood Canyon State Park (East Entry). The ceremony is at Bridge Canyon Overlook at 2 PM, and the reception will follow at the covered shelters. *Park closes at sunset, which in September should be around 7pm*
What’s the dress code?
No formal dress code! The wedding is outdoors in September, so we recommend dressing comfortably and being prepared for Colorado’s unpredictable weather. Layers and sturdy shoes are a good idea!
What will the weather be like?
September in Colorado can be warm during the day but cool in the evening. Be prepared for sunshine, wind, or a mix of everything!
Is there parking?
Yes! The park has parking areas, but carpooling is encouraged since spots may be limited.
Do I need to pay for park entry?
Yes, Castlewood Canyon has a state park entrance fee of $10 per vehicle. If you have a Colorado State Parks pass (bring your registration for proof of pass), you can use that!
Can I bring a plus one?
Yes, just include that in your RSVP.
Will there be food and drinks?
We will be providing food for all our guests, but if you'd like to bring something to grill, we’ll have grills available for use! We'll also provide some beverages and alcohol, but if you'd like to bring your favorite drink, we’d appreciate it if you BYOB.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to allow time to park and walk to the ceremony site.
Do you have a registry?
No registry here! We’re just grateful to celebrate this day with the people we love most—that’s more than enough.
