Camry's Side of the Story: "I was leaving the 2019 Natchitoches Christmas festival and was headed back to the townhouse I was living in with Matron of Honor Elise Frazier. I sat in traffic for over an hour just to get home from the chaos of the Christmas festival. When I finally got home, now husband of Elise and current groomsman Tanner Frazier said I was a 'loser' if I did not go to, another current groomsman, Kirby Patterson's house for a Christmas party. I didn't want to be a loser (I am a sucker to peer pressure) so I went. When I got there, I saw this tall, nice-bearded guy and was told his name is Charles. I am pretty sure I made eyes at him all night. I even told Elise 'He's hot.' Although I had a lot to say to my friends about how good looking this stranger was, I did not talk to him all night. Weeks went by and I was told Charles had a girlfriend and my crush was put on pause. About a month later, Tanner texted me a simple 'My man Charles is single.' I then shot my shot the only way I knew how by saying 'Bet. Tell him to add me on snap.' Best shot I ever took, because now I cannot wait to call him my husband after November 8, 2025!"
Charles's Side of the Story: "My first encounter with Camry started out with a regular winter weekend where I had no plans on my schedule. I received a call from Tanner, one of my groomsmen, to attend a Christmas party in Natchitoches. Tanner had asked me many times before to join him on his trips to Natty, but this is the time I gave in. The only two people I knew were Tanner and Kirby, one of my other groomsmen. Making new friends in a college town at a Christmas party came naturally once we were all acquainted. This is where I met Camry for the first time. Knowing Camry now, she most likely thought she was being subtle when looking me up and down, but I picked up on every glance that came my way. My first impression of Camry was that she is cute, but I had reservations about getting involved with a sorority girl. I assumed they were all snobby and entitled. However, after a couple of months from that night, which we exchanged no words at all, I left a sinking relationship only for my good friend Tanner to set me up with Camry. The two of us added one another on snapchat, with very few things to say to each other for a couple of weeks, until one conversation about our religious beliefs struck. After finding out we have many similar beliefs, a whole world of curiosity for one another opened up to hundreds of other amazing conversations. It was at that point I realized I never wanted to let her go."
