We met when Hannah was working at the Poverello Center and Chaz was working in Innovations at Partnership Health Center. Our programs overlapped and we got to know each other as colleagues for some time. Chaz invited some of us Pov staff to Bingo at the VFW, which he was hosting. His Bingo and Karaoke skills were overwhelmingly great, and we decided to go on a date in June 2019. This picture is from Thanksgiving 2019 in Portland, OR.

We spent much of time at the Smith River in our first year together, as a reprieve from work, school, and as a safe place to connect with family during Covid restrictions.

After I graduated from my MSW program, we took a lovely road trip from California, through Jackson Hole, WY (where this picture is), finally back to Montana. It was an incredible trip seeing family, camping, playing cribbage, and exploring together.

We got engaged at my favorite spot in San Luis Obispo. It was a real surprise effort from my folks and Chaz, as I aloofly panted up Terrace Hill.

It is 2024! Chaz is working on 11+ years at Partnership Health Center. The innovative programs he is part of reach to help house and offer compassionate health care to some of the most vulnerable populations in Missoula. Hannah is working at Youth Homes as an Outpatient Therapist focusing on children and families. She is circling around her LCSW (so close!).

Our days are spent hiking, puzzling, spending time with friends and family, and snuggling with this little nugget, Will Bill.

Of course, we would not be in these places without the love and support of family and friends. It is hard to express the gratitude that we feel being a part of our communities. If you are seeing this, you are a huge part of that. Thank you so very much!
