WHEN CAN I BOOK MY ROOM?

Please book your room as soon as possible. The deadline to use our promo code is December 15, 2025. Anyone unable to reserve their room by this date will be required to pay the standard rate. Please note, this resort sells out room categories quickly.

I'M 100% COMING! WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?

Let us know you are coming. Go to "RSVP" and type in your name and confirm that you + guest are coming and if you have dietary restrictions. Then reserve your room in the "Travel" section.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes! Every guest must have a passport that is valid during their travel and for 6 months after your scheduled return date. You will need this to board your flight, and the resort will ask for it at check in. The process of applying for or renewing a passport can take several months, so please consider this in advance.

WHERE DO I FLY INTO?

Please fly into Cancun Airport (CUN). The hotel is approximately 40 minutes north of the airport. As long as you book for 3 nights free transportation will be provided to and from the airport.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

We love all of your children but are choosing to keep the wedding festivities 'adults only,' only the children of the immediate family will be present.

WEDDING ATTIRE?

Beach Chic/ Cocktail

Ladies:

Flowy midi or maxi dresses, chic cocktail dresses, or jumpsuit. Bright or coastal tones, soft hues, or classic neutrals all fit beautifully with the beach setting. Please keep in mind it could be windy as the wedding and reception will be near the beach. Also, stiletto heels could be an issue with the plank flooring during the reception.

Men:

Short or long sleeve button down shirt, linen pants, or slacks. Think breathable fabrics like linen or cotton blends in shades of navy, tan, grey or light colors for a fresh coastal vibe.

Please avoid overly casual beachwear (shorts, flip-flops, tank tops)
