We met at Beech Haven Church in 2021 and quickly became friends. However at the time, we realized we had different beliefs, so we didn't consider romance. After many God-centered conversations and time in prayer, Charlie was moved by the Holy Spirit and found faith in Christ. After salvation and more time getting to know each other, our feelings truly started to develop. We effortlessly transitioned from friends to dating. From early on, we felt more comfortable and compatible than we'd ever felt with anyone else. After a missions trip to New York, we realized we couldn't imagine a better future with anyone else either.

Charlie proposed in May of 2023, and we're very excited to celebrate with our close friends and family.
