Where should I stay?
We’ve partnered with The DoubleTree by Hilton in Park City as our official host hotel. We’ve secured a block of rooms for our guests at a discounted rate, check out “Travel” for more info. Other convenient hotels are Hotel Park City and Marriott Summit Watch, both offer standard room and suite options.
Park City is filled with many Airbnbs and other vacation rental options. We recommend looking into options close to the downtown area, as it will be close to City Park, golf, bars and restaurants.
Should I rent a car?
Up to you! Renting a car will give you freedom to explore the scenic area on your own time. There is parking available at Louland Falls, if you want to drive to the wedding.
Park City has a free bus service that runs throughout the surrounding area, check out the schedule and route online.
Uber and Lyft are available in Park City, as well from the airport. We are offering vouchers on Uber for those ride sharing to/from the wedding - for more information, see Travel.
Can I bring my kids?
While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. We hope this allows guests to fully enjoy the event and the evening. Kids are invited to the Welcome Party on Thursday night!
What should I wear?
Dress code is cocktail attire (tie optional)—feel free to get a little dressed up, but comfort is key and we just want you to have fun. Think mountain-chic meets dance-floor ready!
Our welcome party style is picnic chic — as in, sundresses and golf polos. You can dress to fit the vibe or come as you are, either way fun will be had!
Should I attend the Welcome Party?
Yes! We’d love to kick off our celebration with you at the Welcome Party on Thursday June 19th at the South End Pavilion. Come anytime between 6-9pm for food truck, drinks, and yard games. City Park is a short walk from Main Street, so you can explore the local scene before and/or after the event. Kids are welcome to attend!
Should I bring my golf clubs?
Yes! There will be tee times set up on Thursday morning. If you’d like to play, reach out to Charlie at (801)803-2583 and he’ll reserve your spot.
Courses in the area include Park City GC, Soldier Hollow, Wasatch Mountain, and Mountain Dell.
