What's the deal with RSVPs? Please RSVP here on the website on the RSVP tab no later that April 1st. If you have dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten free, vegetarian, allergies, alcohol free) please let us know on your RSVP questionnaire. Our caterers and bartender are extremely accommodating.

Is there a hotel room block? No. Our venue is centrally located in Old Town, Key West, surrounded by dozens of inns, B&amp;Bs, boutique hotels, and vacation rentals. Traditional hotels in Key West are either located inconveniently far from the venue or are expensive resort-style hotels. We opted for maximum flexibility for guests to choose the lodging that works best for them.

Is the wedding inside or outside? The welcome event, ceremony, and reception will all be outside. The courtyard is fully shaded in the evening and there are large standing fans. Cold beverages will be served all night, and there is an air conditioned lobby with seating. We will have a tent for dinner if there is rain in the forecast.

What is the wedding dress code? Self-explanatory... but if you need a little guidance for <a href="https://pin.it/4DkVOZZZv" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Key Lime Chic</a> or <a href="https://pin.it/1XPnBq82L" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jimmy Buffet Cocktail Party</a> then you can check out the linked Pinterest boards! We'll love whatever you choose as long as you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate!The venue has a brick courtyard, so avoid stilettos or wobbly shoes. We will not besmirch you a shoe change for dancing.

What should I pack to wear? Besides your party clothes, be sure to pack for tropical weather. Key West is a subtropical paradise, with early May weather typically in the mid 80s with high humidity. Be sure to pack a rain jacket or umbrella. Because of the hot, humid weather, many stores and restaurants are excessively air conditioned, so a light sweater can be necessary. There are several free public beaches, so consider bringing a swimsuit, flip flops, and beach accoutrements. Don't forget sunscreen! At Keys latitude the UV index is much stronger than the rest of the US.

What is Key West like? Key West is a tropical fever dream filled with old hippies, wannabe pirates, Jimmy Buffet lookalikes, and more Rum Runners than you can shake a sting ray at. It is simultaneously a ritzy vacation getaway and a dingy dive bar destination. Key West is famous as a haven for LGBTQ+ vacationers, business owners, and drag queens--comparable to Provincetown and Fire Island...if they had 6-toed cats. 🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈

Do I need to rent a car? No! Key West is a small island community with walkable streets, local trollies and pedicabs, a bus system, ride share services, and bike/scooter/golf cart rentals. The drive from Key West Intl. airport to the main downtown area takes around 12 minutes.

How do I get to the venue? Old Town Manor is located at 511 Eaton Street. We highly suggest you walk, bike, or take a rideshare to the wedding since there is only paid street parking available in front of the Manor, and we don't want anyone drinking and driving. For rideshares enter the address or choose "Old Town Manor Weddings" as the drop-off location.If you do decide to drive you can pay to park on the street or find one of the paid lots or garages nearby. Pay special attention to late night parking rules and garage hours.

Will you be changing your names? We worked very hard to become Dr. Crawford and Dr. Edelson. We're planning to keep our OG names for the reasonably foreseeable future.

Fly to Key West

Air travel to Key West is recommended. Key West International Airport (EYW) is served by several major airlines, with non-stop service to/from most large East Coast cities.

Fly to Miami and Drive to Key West

If you are up for a scenic driving adventure, you can fly into Miami International Airport (MIA) and rent a car to drive to Key West. The drive takes approximately 3.5 hours with no traffic. The Overseas Highway is a stunning 2-lane highway that connects all of the Keys. Keep in mind that traffic can unexpectedly back up and extend the drive. This is a great option for those who want to explore more than just Key West.

Shuttle service from FLL and MIA to Key West

Don't want to drive but still want to experience the Overseas Highway? <a href="https://www.keysshuttle.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Keys Shuttle Service</a> offers door to door shuttles from FLL and MIA to Key West Intl. Airport. The service costs between $175-$200.
