Please mail in the RSVP card sent with the invitation by August 25, 2024. This will help us keep track of you!

No need to stick to Western wear! Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. Of course, if you decide to join us with your Western attire, we’d be delighted to see it.

The event is both indoor and outdoor. The wedding ceremony takes place outside on the lawn, while the open-bar reception, buffet dinner, and dancing are held inside the clubhouse.

Yes! Plenty of parking in front of the clubhouse.

YES! If you are a guest at the Hilton Garden Inn, there will be a 23-passenger mini-bus to get you to/from the hotel & wedding venue. Here is the schedule. Please be in the lobby on time as the mini-bus does not wait! --Hilton Garden Inn pick up times: 2:30 (Wedding party), 4:00 & 4:30 (Hotel guests) --Eagle Ridge Golf Club pick up times: 9:00, 10:00, & 11:00 (Hotel guests & Wedding Party):

Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM for the 5:00 PM wedding. When it comes to seating, remember: Choose a seat, not a side! After all, once the knot is tied, we’re all family.

Welcome to our unplugged ceremony! We kindly ask you to put away all electronic devices during the ceremony. However, at the reception, feel free to capture as many wonderful moments as you’d like with your cameras or ours. You’ll find disposable cameras on each dining table – please help us capture the fun!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 1157 Denise Way, San Jose, CA 95125. A wedding card box will be available at our reception.

We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres at the open-bar cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of meat, fish, veggies, and salads. Save room for a slice of wedding cake (or a vegan cupcake)!

Not just Western music! We’ll be playing a mix of 70s, 80s, 90s, contemporary, rock, pop, and everything in between. Get ready to spend plenty of time on the dance floor!
