Introducing Natalie, Charlotte’s older sister, a passionate adventurer with a heart of gold. Having moved to Thailand with her partner Paddy as soon as covid restrictions allowed, her wanderlust knows no bounds - When she isn’t teaching primary school children, she can usually be found traveling, wild camping or tackling a new fitness challenge. Natalie is valued so much by Charlotte and JP, for being a source of unwavering support, compassion and advice.

Having both grown up in the small town of Atherstone, JP and Elliot would always create their own adventures. From building igloos to commandeering a small boat named Jenny, the two of them forged their friendship through their shared love of mischief. One of JP’s proudest memories with Elliot is seeing him achieve his green beret as he became a Royal Marine. Since then, Elliot has traveled the world, spending time in Diego Garcia, Japan, Norway and his precious Taunton. But no matter how far he travels, he knows that he can always share his mischief with his partner in crime, JP.

In true youngest sister fashion, Katie is known for her infectious energy and boundless enthusiasm that can light up any room. Having studied performing arts at university, Katie has a true flair for all things dramatic - Whether she's busting out her signature dance moves, cracking jokes, or creating quizzes (with questionable correct answers) she knows how to keep the party going and ensure that everyone has a fantastic time.

As one of JP’s best men, Luke has been one of JP’s closest friends since the age of 13. After Luke crashed into a vaulting box, head first, JP knew that he had found a friend for life. Since then, they have shared countless and priceless memories together - It is through Luke’s friendship that JP found his other true love in life, Derby County Football Club. Although the two of them have shared many laughs and funny memories, JP has always been able to count on Luke’s support and reasoning. Luke’s presence in JP’s life has shaped him into the person he is today and that is why he will stand by his side in July 2025.

AKA, The OG Charlotte Macchi - Sascha may be JP’s sister by blood, but she is also Charlotte’s sister by spirit. As a lover of live music, Sascha’s calendar is usually full to the brim with festivals, events and trips to far corners of the globe. To both JP and Charlotte, Sascha has always been a beacon of inspiration, a role model whose advice is not only welcomed but consistently proves to be spot-on.

During their childhood, Harry and JP frequently spent their time jamming on Guitar Hero in JP’s parents' garage. As they've grown, their interests have evolved and matured, and now they play Call of Duty together from their respective counties. Despite living far apart, Harry and JP maintain their close connection through regular weekly phone calls, with Harry often being behind the wheel of some kind of digger. Harry’s calm and easygoing character has always been something that JP values.

Having met whilst working in a secondary school in Warrington, Sophie is Charlotte’s best friend. During that time, Sophie and Charlotte could usually be found laughing the day away in the staffroom. Whilst they don’t see each other everyday anymore, when they do get together, it’s as if no time has passed at all. Sophie holds such a special place in both Charlotte and JP’s hearts, along with her adorable daughter Reeva and partner Liam. Charlotte knows that Sophie can always be counted on, to accept her for who she is and without judgment - a true friend through and through.

Charlotte and JP's initial encounter with Dave occurred in Paris during New Year's Eve festivities. At that time, Sascha, who had been in a relationship with Dave for a while, decided it was the perfect moment to introduce him to her family. Dave made the journey to Paris, and the four of them joyously welcomed the new year together against the stunning backdrop of the Arc de Triomphe, before heading back to Criel to meet the rest of the Macchi clan. Ever since that memorable evening, Dave's witty and subtle humor has become a treasured presence at the Macchi family dinner table. Additionally, Dave's quick thinking and strong presence once came to Charlotte's rescue during a trip to Rhodes, where his broad shoulders shielded her from being tossed into the Mediterranean waters.
