Thursday 10th October 2024.

We will be organising a shuttle bus between the major resorts throughout the Hunter Valley. The pick up spots are: Chateau Elan, H Boutique Hotel, Pokolbin Leisure Inn, Oaks Cypress Lakes, Mercure Hotel. Please be sure to book your accomodation as soon as possible as other weddings and events will be on the same weekend.

There are plenty of accommodation options in the Hunter Valley and many are reasonably priced for 1-2 night stays. We recommend hiring transportation from the airport or Sydney if you plan to spend some time in Sydney to see the sights.

The venue is fully licensed and does not permit BYO.

There will be drinks and light canapés served after the ceremony and before the reception.

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of newborns/infants. Thank you for understanding and helping us make this a special day for all.

No but there will be a wishing well.

The ceremony will be held inside the chapel, with shelter available for those on the patio beside the chapel. The reception will take place inside the onsite barrel room, which will feature a cosy fireplace.

You can take photos post-ceremony and during the reception, we have a professional photographer onsite who will be capturing our special day.
