Due to the large number of out-of-town guests we have invited, all friends and family are encouraged to book their rooms as soon as possible to ensure their ability to use our discounted rates. However, the 2 hotels where blocks have been secured both have deadlines of 08/15/2025 for bookings within our blocks. Rooms booked after the 08/15 deadline will be subject to the standard room rates charged by the hotels.

For the Rehearsal Dinner on Friday, September 19th, the attire will be cocktail, coat & tie. For the Wedding Ceremony and the following Reception on Saturday, September 20th, the attire will be black tie.

Yes! All guests are encouraged to use ridesharing services such as Uber or Lyft to any and all events to reduce parking congestion within limited space. However, if this is not feasible, there will be limited parking spaces at Melrose Knitting Mill, curbside and limited parking lot space at the church, along with a parking lot located at Carolina Country Club. Again, we highly recommend using a ridesharing service over the weekend, as much as will be possible.

RDU is located roughly 20-25 minutes away from the North Hills and downtown Raleigh areas. Ubers and Lyfts run consistently throughout the day around the airport, and we highly recommend using one of these services, if possible!
