Both! The venue is primarily indoors, including the ceremony and reception. The botanical garden center has some outdoor walking where you can enter and exit through garage doors that are likely to be open.

Right outside the botanical garden center! There is a rather sizeable parking lot and there will be someone outside directing traffic. Roger Williams park is also quite big with plenty of parking if you are unable to find a spot.

Ceremony is for 5pm so please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to get seated and situated.

The same space used for the ceremony will be the space used for cocktail hour as well as the dance floor. After the ceremony, you're welcome to find your seats in the other room or venture outdoors if the weather is nice. The staff will remove the chairs and convert the space for the cocktail hour.

No, unfortunately. Roger Williams Park is located on the Providence / Cranston line. There are plenty of hotels in Providence, Cranston or even Warwick. Some of Rhode Island's larger cities which all put you within 15 minutes of the venue.
