Travel

We are both from Mechanicsville, VA. In fact, we went to the same high school, middle school, and elementary school together. We knew of each other but had never spoken. That was until October 2018, when I went to get my hair done on a whim at Timothy's sister's salon. Lindsay had mentioned her brother (Timothy) was stationed at the Marine Barracks in DC. I too was living in DC, unknown to me, just about 4 blocks away from Timothy. At the end of the appointment, I had an amazing new look and somehow possibly a date... with Lindsay's brother. I knew nothing about Timothy and he knew nothing about me, so it was more or less a blind date based solely on his sister's instincts. We met up for a happy hour in November and the rest is history! Here we are, three years in, excited to get married and happy as can be! 🥂 -Charyssa
