In 2016 one of Carries bestfriends Maryah invited her to a bonfire at the iconic Lipson house. They both remember thinking the other one was cute, but nothing came of the interaction. A couple weeks later Carrie got invited to another party at Lipson. Carrie vividly remembers how they didn’t leave each others side all night. Being young and dumb, they were on and off talking for a long time. Both liking each other but neither was ready to fully commit.

During a trip to Pismo, Chase FINALLY got the courage to ask Carrie to be his girlfriend. After a year of dancing around the fact they both liked each other, they made it official.

The couple talked about moving in together for awhile. Carrie decided to casually give him a key to her apartment with his birthday present. Even though they hadn't fully discussed how soon he would move in. Chase ended up officially moving in about a month later.

From 2018 to 2022 the couple lived together in Fresno. They supported each other through college. Both working part time jobs while attending classes. Spending what free time they have together.

Chase waited until they both graduated from college to pop the question. He decided to propose on their anniversary trip. Being the sentimental guy he is, he asked Carrie to be his wife on the same beach he asked her to be his girlfriend 5 years prior.

Following the engagement, the couple spontaneously bought a house together. Officially moving in November of 2022.

This brings us to present day. The couple is very impatiently waiting for the wedding day, excited to be husband and wife. Ready to start yet another chapter of life together.
