Telluride is an awesome mountain town we often visited! Telluride is known for having some incredible hikes, fly fishing, and food. We recommend taking a hike to Bridal Veil Falls and taking a ride on Telluride Ski Resort's free Gondola!

Ouray is an incredible mountain town not far from Montrose! We took numerous trips here for multiple reasons. The views and fishing being a top priority, but the hiking and food is great too! If you're feeling very adventurous...check out the Ouray Via Ferrata for an awesome adrenaline rush!

This destination is not far from Montrose, CO either! The Black Canyon was a frequent spot for us to visit where we viewed the canyon, went on hikes, fly fished and more!

Ridgway State Park is a beautiful Lake not far from Montrose, CO. The lake has a river with incredible fly fishing!
