The dress code is black-tie optional. We are excited to see our friends and family dress up for our big day! Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a tuxedo, suit, or coat & tie. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or colors typically reserved for the bride.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We ask that guests plan to arrive at 4:30 to visit and find their seats. We will soon be one big family, so there is no bride or groom’s side!

Due to limited venue capacity, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We encourage guests to park in the Courthouse Deck located on Hancock Avenue. This deck is about a two minute walk to our venue. If you are staying at the Hyatt, the venue is also a short walk from the hotel. There are other parking decks available downtown along with metered street parking. We recommend using Uber or Lyft to and from the venue if you are planning to drink.

We have three hotel blocks available for guests under our Travel tab. All are located close to or within downtown Athens. Please reach out if you have any questions!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun date night!

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors and out of the July heat!

We kindly request that guests do not take pictures during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will be preserving this moment for us! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take pictures throughout the evening!

The deadline to RSVP is June 21st. We encourage guests to respond as soon as they know their travel plans so that we can plan accordingly. We can't wait to see everyone and celebrate this beautiful day!
